Dear Customer

We are aware of an issue affecting the EE IoT network in the UK. We have raised a ticket with EE who are investigating the issue. If you are on a Multi-Network SIM please raise a case with our support team listing the SIMs affected so we can apply a profile change on the affected SIMs to remove EE as a carrier network otherwise please reboot your devices modem to force on to a new network.

We have seen the majority of our SIMs affected by this incident re-connect. We are continuing to monitor and will provide a further update on the issue in due course.
