Global Multi-Network SIMs | APN globaldata.iot EE Network issue

    Dear Customer

We are aware of an issue affecting the EE network across the UK.

Network engineers have sent a EE network removal profile to our Multi-Network SIM cards to force SIMs on to alternative networks. Your device may require a reboot though to pick up an alternative network.

If you are using Teltonika Routers you can use the following command to switch operators by sending an sms through the MultiNet portal https://portal.iotie.com to the SIM in question* Please note this assumes you have enabled the operator command within the SMS utilities sections.

#[admin password if admin authentication is switched on] cellular operator auto-manual [operator-code] [apn]

    OPERATOR CODES Three – 23420 Voda – 23415 EE – 23430 O2 – 23410

For example the code to change to vodafone with an admin password of password would be

    #password cellular operator auto-manual 23415 globaldata.iot

If you want to reboot your teltonika router please send an sms command as follows

    #[router admin password] reboot

    Kind regards IoTie Support
