Global Multi-Network SIMs | APN globaldata.iot EE Network

We have been notified by EE IoT of an incident causing intermittent connectivity across the EE IoT network.

EE have this raised as P1 incident and are currently investigating.

We are also aware of an issue affecting Cloudflare services worldwide. This may be related to the ongoing incident with the EE network although this hasn't been confirmed by EE.

We are monitoring the situation and if needs we can manually remove customer SIMs from authenticating on EE however device reboots maybe needed to complete the circuit switch.

If your device supports SMS commands this can be completed via our portal at https://mobile.iotie.com

Kind regards

IoTie
